100% nylon fabric. Lightweight, breathable, abrasion and wind resistant with a
durable water repellent (DWR) finish. Small reinforcement grids woven into fabric
generally makes it more tear reistant than uncoated taffeta. Downproff.
Machine washable. Uses: sleeping bags, downproof clothing,

Polyethylene fibers. Tyvek Style 1443R. Strong, durable, flexible, water and
tear resistant and breathable. Easily sewn with conventional sewing machine (use 6-8
stitches per inch) or use mylar tape (item #2308) to tape the seam. Lightest weight
Tyvek and very water resistant (not as water resistant or breathable as style 1460C below
but still very water resistant and a very popular choice for lightweight tent ground
clothes when weight and packing smaller is more important). Seams can be glued
(water based adhesives that provides quick tack and fast drying are recommended).
Uses: great for tent ground clothes, indoor furniture and vehicle
covers, clothing, decoys, kites, windsocks. If you prefer to
have this fabric rolled instead of folded to avoid creases there is an extra shipping

Polyethylene fibers. Tyvek Style 1460C. Best choice for ultra-violet and
water resistance. Protects against rain and salt spray and because it is breathable
it also allows trapped moisture to excape helping to prevent rot and mildew. Does
not absorb water. Blocks 98% of suns UV rays and keeps out dirt, dust and
pollen. Easily sewn with conventional sewing machine (use 6-8 stitches per
inch) or use mylar tape (item #2308) to tape the seam. Uses:
Outdoor or indoor covers, boat and vehicle covers, furniture covers, photo
backgrounds, apparel. If you prefer to have this fabric

protective treatment applied to it which alows it to block 92-99% of UVA and UVB rays, a
protection of SPF 30+. The treatment will not wash out. Solarweave
is 100% nylon Supplex fiber (approximately 3.1 oz. per sp. yd.) Solarknit
is 100% cotton (approximately 10 oz. per sq. yd.). Uses:
Solarweave: hats, jackets, pants, shirts. Solarknit: T-shirts (in camparison a

water repellant (DWR) finish and the backside has a nylon microfiber yarn which offers
good moisture movement function and soft comfort . This style is quite durable
while offering excellent comfort; wind resistance but good breathability; 4 way
stretch. (this replaces a previous style). Dryskin fabric has
been written up in BACKPACKER MAGAZINE as "close to a miracle fabric".
