Everyone is eligible for volume discounts. Volume discounts of up to 35% (and in some
cases even more) are available for quantity purchases, and are reflected in the 2nd

SHIPPING PHILOSOPHY: We will ship all packages the most economical method possible
to save you on shipping. If the shipping is considerably
less than what is stated in the chart below we will reduce the amount we charge you.
This is true for all of our orders! We greatly dislike paying
excessive shipping fees ourselves and we will do our best to insure our customers never
will. Unless you request otherwise, we fold fabric so that you can avoid the UPS
special handling fee (see below). We use priority mail as much as possible, it is more
economical and in most cases has faster delivery. Please let us know if you ever have any

$3.75 surcharge will be charged when a package must be sent to a rural area. Please call

PLEASE PROVIDE A UPS-able
ADDRESS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, RR addresses with box numbers and APO/FPO
addresses. If a
"UPS-able" package must be sent out parcel post because no UPS address is
available shipping is subject to higher charges than what is listed in the table.
Note: Address
corrections are subject to an $11 fee-please double check all of your address information.
SPECIAL HANDLING FEES. Due to special handling fees charged by UPS there is an
additional $9.00 fee per package if fabric is rolled on a tube (ie. fabrics that should
not be creased or large amts.)
OVERSIZE PACKAGE SURCHARGE. Due to the size of packaging, insulation may be subject to
an oversized package surcharge.
US POST OFFICE - PRIORITY MAIL We send out as many packages as possible through
Priority Mail via the U.S. Post Office since most packages arrive quicker than with UPS
(usually 2-4 days after shipping). Which shipping method used is based on package weight,
size and value. Be sure to inform us if your postal address is different from your UPS
address.
Packages to AK & HI ship via Priority Mail and should arrive in 5-10 days.
NEXT DAY & 2ND DAY AIR, 3RD DAY SELECT Based on actual package weight plus
$2.00 for handling. Example: 2nd Day Air packages sent out on Wed. will arrive on Fri.
Those sent out on Fri. will arrive on Tues.
FED EX SHIPPING.
We can ship via Fedex if you have a Fedex account to apply the shipping to. Handling
fee for this is $3.00 service.
FOREIGN DELIVERIES We ship to most foreign countries. For foreign
deliveries the customer must pay freight, duty and insurance. Please contact us for a
shipping estimate. Credit card payment ensures prompt shipment.
NOTE: for international orders express delivery averages
about 5 days and global priority mail averages about 10 days from the time it is shipped
until delivery, but once it leaves the US we have no control over customs or how long it
will take to clear customs before delivery. For the most part we have no way to
track the package from the time it leaves the US until it is delivered. We have had
customers comment that they receiverd their packages immediately and we have had instances
where it was over a month before a package arrived. The only way to guarantee
delivery on an expected date is global express guaranteed but when this option is
available (not available to all countries) it can be very very expensive. Refunds on
lost packages can take up to 3 months. Repacement packages will not be
re-shipped until 31 days after a claim is placed with the postal system.
For some reason packages to Canada always take longer than expected. Let us
know if an order does not arrive and we will start a track on the package and begin the 30
day claim process.
