Hi Quest Outfitters, 

Please find photos of the tent pole frame I made for my teardrop camper galley tent.  I found out the hard way that .742” Easton 7075 doesn’t bend with a conduit bender.  I snapped a pole and a jagged piece just missed my face.  However, I discovered that 7/8” aluminum pipe at my local hardware store makes excellent curved pieces since the .742” Easton poles slip right in with about a perfect fit.
