Hi Quest team! I wanted to share another awesome tent creation I just completed.

"Bringing back the 80's" is a 2 person UL retro color free standing backpacking tent.

100l X 50w X 46t

39.75oz packed weight

Ingredients list:

Easton 3.9 carbon poles

I made custom pole hubs out of delrin rod 15d silpoly fly fabric 20d silpoly/ polyurethane tub Titanium J stakes UL noseeum mesh

Process to build:

Build poles.  Cut and sew tent tub.  Cut out mesh and add door zippers.  Sew mesh to tub.  Pin in pole hooks.  Tailor extra fabric. Triple stitch in hooks and mesh. Cut rainfly center piece. Calculate and cut 3D vestibules. Sew vestibules together with zippers.  Attach vestibule to center fabric. Seam seal tent.  Thoroughly enjoy!
